
I don’t like the recipes where there is a nine page essay before the actually damn recipe, so let’s keep this short. The Ex was the chef of the relationship, so now I’m left figuring out what the hell to cook and eat as a single woman (and a lot of time it ends up being a quick microwave meal). I am also lazy when it comes to cooking and dread recipes that take longer than 11 minutes. To be honest, I would rather DoorDash every meal than have to cook something – pathetic, I know.
So I present to you: Somewhat Healthy Edible Cookie Dough. I have an extreme sweet tooth, and to keep me away from just eating ice cream for dinner, I have started to make this in place of it. It is quick and contains a scoop of protein powder (can be optional!) so it is nutritious as well.
Edible Cookie Dough
Prep Time: 8 mins · Servings: 2-4 (feel free to play around with the measurements!)

Ingredients
2/3 cup light greek vanilla yogurt
2 tablespoon peanut butter (I use extra crunchy)
1/2 packaged instant oatmeal, dry
1 scoop organic chocolate protein powder
1/2 teaspoon agave
1/2 pinch or so brown sugar
1 tablespoon semi sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
I literally dump all of the above into a small bowl and mix it together and viola! I have a protein packed (?!), meal replacement that satisfies my sweet tooth. Adjustments can be made to make more or less as well.
